POSITION TITLE Sr Associate, ServiceNow Colleague Experiences Tester
ROLE SUMMARY As the ServiceNow Tester for Colleague Experiences, you will support the Digital organization in managing technical solutions for Digital Services to all the Colleagues.
In partnership with the ServiceNow Product owner, Digital Analyst and Solution Engineer, you will assist in designing and implementing Service portals and knowledge management, utilizing a combination of web development and testing (including ServiceNow s automated test framework) tools to implement portal and knowledge solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
Work with the product team to test solutions in ServiceNow and coordinate support and development efforts within the product team.
General support, administration and maintenance of ServiceNow portal and knowledge products and associated applications
Provide advanced test planning skills to the Colleague Experiences development team.
Write stories, test plans and test scripts.
Execute testing scripts and ATF test packages.
Coordinate application and platform upgrades
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Applicant must have a Bachelor s degree with at least two years of relevant experience OR Master s degree.
2 years of software development experience.
Experience with web technologies, including JavaScript, Ajax, HTML, CSS
Experience planning for testing needs
Experience writing and executing test scripts
Demonstrate ability to work and communicate collaboratively with different areas to develop and deliver portal solutions.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience working in an Agile project environment (SAFE of Scrum preferred) with an emphasis on frequently delivering functional software releases at a sustainable pace.
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certifications.
Experience working with the ServiceNow Service Portal Configuration: Branding Editor, Page Designer, Page Editor, Widget Editor, and creating new portals
Ability to work as an individual and in a team environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong organization and time management skills.15 years full time education
