- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for application development.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving application issues to ensure smooth operation.
- Document application configurations and development processes to support knowledge sharing.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing best practices.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Business Management.
- Experience in customizing and configuring ServiceNow applications to meet business needs.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and application design principles.
- Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into technical solutions.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and data management within ServiceNow platform.
- Effective problem-solving skills and attention to detail in application development.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Business Management.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
