Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, development, and configuration of software applications. This role requires taking ownership of the project s technical direction and serving as the main liaison for all application-related activities. The position demands coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure the solutions meet business needs while maintaining high standards of quality and performance. The engineer actively oversees the progress of development tasks and ensures that the applications are aligned with organizational goals and user requirements, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the planning and execution of application development activities to meet project timelines and quality standards.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to enhance their technical skills and professional growth.
- Facilitate effective communication between cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery of software solutions.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Operations Management.
- Strong knowledge of application design principles and software development lifecycle processes.
- Experience in configuring and customizing ServiceNow modules to meet specific business requirements.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within IT operations management environments.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and tools to connect ServiceNow with other enterprise systems.
- Skilled in performance tuning and optimization of ServiceNow applications to enhance user experience and system efficiency.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Operations Management.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
