As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the initiative to design, develop, and configure software applications tailored to specific requirements. This role requires acting as the main liaison for project-related communications, coordinating efforts across various teams, and ensuring that the application development process aligns with project goals. The position demands a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous collaboration to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet client expectations and organizational standards.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Oversee the implementation of best practices and ensure adherence to project timelines.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders to align technical solutions with business needs.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft ASP.NET.
- Experience in designing scalable and maintainable web applications using Microsoft ASP.NET framework.
- Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to application development.
- Familiarity with database integration and management in the context of Microsoft ASP.NET applications.
- Competence in writing clean, efficient, and well-documented code.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft ASP.NET.
- This position is based at our Kolkata office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
