Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring software applications tailored to align with specific business processes and application needs. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the coordination of project activities to ensure timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure clarity and mutual understanding.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle CC&B Technical Architecture.
- Strong knowledge of software design principles and architectural patterns related to Oracle Customer Care and Billing systems.
- Experience in configuring and customizing Oracle CC&B applications to meet complex business requirements.
- Ability to analyze and troubleshoot technical issues within Oracle CC&B environments effectively.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and middleware solutions to connect Oracle CC&B with other enterprise systems.
- Understanding of performance tuning and optimization strategies for Oracle CC&B applications.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle CC&B Technical Architecture.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
