Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, your day involves overseeing the entire lifecycle of product delivery, ensuring that each phase maintains the highest standards of quality and integrity. You will coordinate and manage various processes, resources, and technologies to streamline operations effectively. Collaboration is key, as you engage with diverse teams and individuals across different departments, from initial development stages through to final implementation. Your role is pivotal in balancing cost, quality, and delivery objectives to achieve seamless project execution and successful outcomes.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align project goals and deliverables.
- Monitor project progress and proactively address any operational challenges.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices.
- Assist in the continuous improvement of processes to enhance efficiency and quality.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Primavera Unifier.
- Strong understanding of project lifecycle management and process optimization.
- Experience in coordinating resources and technologies to meet project targets.
- Ability to analyze operational workflows and implement improvements.
- Excellent communication skills to facilitate collaboration across teams.
- Capability to troubleshoot and resolve issues impacting delivery and quality.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Oracle Primavera Unifier.
- This position is based at our Mumbai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
