Job Title: SAP S/4HANA Service Management Consultant – EAM / Service Orders/Contracts
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Service Management Consultant with strong expertise in Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) and Service Orders and Service Contracts. The candidate will be responsible for design, configuration, and implementation of service processes, including maintenance management, service orders, warranty management, and contract lifecycle management within SAP S/4HANA.
Key Responsibilities
Lead or support SAP S/4HANA Service Management implementations across EAM and Service Orders/Contracts.
Configure and customize:
- Service Orders and Notifications
- Maintenance Planning (Preventive/Corrective)
- Service Contracts and Warranty Management
- Billing and Revenue Recognition integration
- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and document functional requirements.
- Design end-to-end service processes including:
- Asset lifecycle management
- Breakdown and preventive maintenance
- Service execution and billing
Integrate SAP modules such as:
- SD (Sales & Distribution)
- MM (Materials Management)
- FI/CO (Finance & Controlling)
- CS/PM (Plant Maintenance / Customer Service)
- Support data migration, testing (SIT/UAT), and go-live activities.
- Provide defect resolution and post-go-live support.
- Prepare functional specifications and support RICEFW developments.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in AMS environments.
Required Skills & Experience
5–12 years of SAP experience with at least 1–2 end-to-end S/4HANA Service implementations.
Strong expertise in:
- SAP S/4HANA Service Management
- Enterprise Asset Management (EAM)
- Service Contracts & Billing
- Hands-on configuration experience in:
- Maintenance Orders
- Functional Locations & Equipment
- Task Lists & Maintenance Plans
- Service Pricing & Contracts
- Good understanding of integration with SD, MM, and FI modules.
- Experience in testing cycles (SIT, UAT) and defect management.
- Exposure to AMS support models is an added advantage.15 years full time education
