Summary
As a Custom Software Engineer, you will design and develop enterprise-grade software solutions tailored to business needs. Your role involves collaborating across teams to architect, code, test, and optimize applications using modern frameworks and practices. You will ensure scalability, performance, and innovation by leveraging advanced technologies such as containerization, AI/ML, and automation testing, while guiding your team toward technical excellence.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Java Full Stack development.
- Lead and manage the team to deliver high-quality outcomes.
- Own and drive technical decisions within the team and across multiple teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to influence key architectural and design choices.
- Provide innovative solutions to complex problems spanning multiple systems.
- Mentor and coach junior engineers to strengthen technical capabilities.
- Continuously evaluate and enhance development processes for efficiency and scalability.

Professional & Technical Skills

Must To Have Skills:
- Strong proficiency in Java Full Stack Development
- Expertise in J2EE frameworks and enterprise application development.
- Must be proficient in front end technologies like Angular / React with minimum 3 years of experience
- Hands-on experience with Spring Framework and Spring Boot for building scalable, high-performance applications.
- Hands-on experience with containerization technologies:
- Docker: building/managing images, writing Dockerfiles, running containers.
- Kubernetes (K8s): deploying applications, managing pods/services/deployments, scaling, rolling updates, Helm charts.
- Familiarity with orchestration platforms (OpenShift, Rancher, EKS, AKS, GKE).
- CI/CD integration with containers (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, Azure DevOps).
- Security best practices: image scanning, RBAC, secrets management.
- Experience in RESTful API design and development.
- Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Knowledge of version control systems (Git).
- Exposure to AI/ML concepts and their integration into applications.
- Strong knowledge of automation testing tools (UFT or equivalent).


Additional Information
- Required experience: 7+ years in Java Full Stack Development.
- Location: Chennai/Hyderabad offices.
- Education: 15 years of full-time education is mandatory.
