As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that application development aligns with business objectives, overseeing project timelines, and providing guidance to team members. You will also engage in problem-solving discussions, ensuring that the applications meet user needs and are delivered on schedule. Your role will require you to balance technical expertise with effective communication, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and efficiency.
Roles & Responsibilities:
5+ years technical experience within D365 CRM Service and Sales and exposure in CRM on-Prem
Strong awareness of the following: CRM configuration & customization, CRM Plug-ins, CRM custom Workflows, Power Automate, Model Driven App, Canvas Apps
Having exposure on Azure DevOps
Act as development lead and able to demonstrate a wide range of development skills. Be a strong advocate for adherence to standards and best practice.
Understand the capabilities of the development team and schedule their work appropriately, providing support and assistance when needed
Write and review technical specification documentation
Design, develop, review and test customized code for Dynamics 365 CRM as well as integrations to other applications.
Excellent communicator with ability to operate within cross functional teams
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical.
- Strong understanding of application design principles and methodologies.
- Experience with integration of Microsoft Dynamics CRM with other systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Familiarity with agile development practices and project management tools.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
