Roles & Responsibilities: Serve as the subject matter expert in for Volante Volpay. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document functional and technical requirements for the implementation of the Volante Volpay platform. Design and propose techno functional solutions based on Volante Volpay capabilities to meet business objectives. Work closely with development teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications. Configure and customize/implement the Volante Volpay platform to align with business requirements and design Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration of the Volante Volpay solution within the existing technology landscape. Develop and execute test plans to validate the functionality and performance of the Volante Volpay implementation. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including functional specifications, technical design documents, and user manuals. Provide training and support to end-users and other stakeholders. Investigate and resolve technofunctional issues, working closely with support teams and vendors when necessary Technical Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience in building scalable solutions on Volante Volpay Strong understanding and experience of banking domain, methodology & business process & systems Experience with software engineering best practices (e.g. unit testing, code reviews, design documentation) and related tools like GitHub, JIRA Must have experience in Design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements using Volante Volpay. Professional Attributes: Excellent communication, collaboration , documentation and presentation & problem solving skills for technical and business audiences Strong analytical and critical thinking skills working within cross-functional engineering teams as well as peer teams in building an integrated solution Team leadership and mentoring skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team driving teams using Agile Scrum development process past experience in owning products or components
