Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, your day involves designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to support and enhance various business processes and application needs. You will engage in understanding the requirements, translating them into functional software solutions, and ensuring that these applications align with organizational goals. Collaboration with different teams to integrate and optimize these applications is a key part of your routine, allowing you to contribute to the seamless operation of business workflows and technology environments.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze application requirements.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving application issues to maintain optimal performance.
- Document application designs, configurations, and processes to support knowledge sharing.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Aveva OSIsoft PI.
- Strong understanding of data integration and real-time data processing concepts.
- Experience with application configuration and customization to meet specific business needs.
- Ability to analyze and optimize software performance within complex environments.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle and version control systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering practical solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Aveva OSIsoft PI.
- This position is based at our Ahmedabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
