Responsibilities:

• As a Custom Software Engineer, you will be responsible for developing custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications.
• You will utilize modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions tailored to specific business needs.
• You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively.
• You will be responsible for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions.
• Additionally, you will provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Expert proficiency in AWS DevOps & Development is required.
• Advanced proficiency in AWS S3 (Simple Storage Service) is recommended.
• Advanced proficiency in Amazon Elastic Compute Cloud (Amazon EC2), AWS Identity And Access Management (IAM), and AWS Batch is suggested.
• Design and implement innovative software solutions that meet client requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of software components.
• Continuously evaluate and improve software performance and scalability.
• Mentor junior team members and share best practices in software development.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to enhance project outcomes.

Skill Set Required:

• Resource should have strong expertise in AWS and hands-on experience with the following components:
• Compute & Networking: EC2, Networking
• API & Content Delivery: API Gateway, CloudFront
• Storage: S3
• Security: IAM (including security groups)
• Serverless & Containers: Lambda, ECR, ECS, Docker, Container
• Batch Processing: AWS Batch
• Event Management: Event Bridge
• Additional: AWS Storage services, AWS Networking concepts

Other Requirements:

• Strong understanding of AWS architecture and best practices
• Ability to design, implement, and optimize AWS solutions
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
