Summary:
As a Quality Engineer focusing on manual testing, a typical day involves meticulously verifying that the solution meets the defined requirements and user expectations. This role includes designing detailed test cases, executing them carefully, and identifying any discrepancies or defects. Collaboration with various delivery teams is essential to ensure that the final product is reliable and ready for users. The position demands a thorough and thoughtful approach to testing, ensuring that every aspect of the solution functions as intended before release.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance overall quality.
- Mentor junior team members to develop their testing skills and understanding of quality assurance.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to clarify requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Selenium.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Automated Testing.
- Strong knowledge of manual testing techniques and best practices.
- Ability to design comprehensive test cases based on user stories and requirements.
- Experience in defect identification, documentation, and tracking.
- Excellent collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Selenium.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
