Summary: As a Software Development Engineer, your typical day will involve analyzing, designing, coding, and testing various components of application code across multiple clients. You will engage in maintenance and enhancement tasks, ensuring that the applications function optimally and meet client requirements. Collaboration with team members will be essential as you contribute to the development process and address any challenges that arise. Roles & Responsibilities: -Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of SAP BCM/TRM solutions to meet business objectives and enhance asset management processes. -Act as a subject matter expert in SAP BCM/TRM, providing guidance and innovative solutions to address complex business challenges. -Analyse the organization s business model and processes, ensuring seamless integration with SAP BCM/TRM technology. -Facilitate workshops to gather requirements, foster collaboration among stakeholders, and validate proposed solutions. -Develop detailed documentation that outlines business processes, system requirements, and solution designs. -Utilize data analysis techniques to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for innovation in asset management. -Create visual representations of processes to enhance understanding, communication, and alignment across teams. -Support the implementation of SAP BCM/TRM solutions by coordinating with technical teams and ensuring alignment with business objectives. -Collaborate with multiple teams, contribute to key decisions, and provide solutions to challenges that apply across various teams. -Continuously assess and refine business processes to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and compliance with industry standards.. Professional & Technical Skills: -7+ Years of E2E Implementation experience in SAP S4HANA FSCM - BCM - Bank Communication Management/TRM - Treasury module with lead role -4+ Year of consulting experience in Middle East OR India based SAP Projects with Oil and Gas Industry flavour -Resource should have an in-depth understanding and extensive experience of SAP S4HANA FSCM - BCM/TRM(Bank Communication Management and Treasury) -Configuration of BCM/TRM Modules:Bank Communication Management, Treasury and Cash Management -Good understanding of BCM/TRM with neighbouring skills of AR,AP,GL, AA, Project Systems, Controlling, Asset Management, Funds Management,JVA -Resource should have good experience and in-depth understanding of existing Business Processes (localization, customizations, and integrations) of SAP S4HANA MM -Has dirven design workshops with Business Process Owners as per best practices. -Reviewing key deliverables or work products as part of quality assurance in context of industry standards -Assist in managing functional and integration testing, including coordination of all testing activities across the modules and third parties so the activity is managed in an end-to-end manner. -Familiarity with integration points with other SAP modules Additional Information: - A 15 years full time education is required. - Resource should have strong English communication and writing skills.15 years full time education
