Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure project milestones are met, facilitating communication between stakeholders, and overseeing the development process to ensure alignment with business objectives. You will also engage in problem-solving activities, providing guidance and support to team members while ensuring that best practices are followed throughout the project lifecycle. Your role will be pivotal in driving the success of application development initiatives and ensuring that the final products meet the highest standards of quality and functionality. Hands-on experience with data mapping and transformation - Knowledge of SAP systems and data structures - Knowledge of SAP BusinessObjects platform. - Experience with data modeling and database management. - Experience with data quality management and data governance practices. - Familiarity with reporting and analytics tools to support business intelligence initiatives. - Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations.
