Summary: As a Software Development Lead, you will engage in the development and configuration of software systems, either managing the entire process or focusing on specific stages of the product lifecycle. Your day will involve applying your extensive knowledge of various technologies, applications, methodologies, processes, and tools to effectively support clients and projects, ensuring that all software solutions meet the required standards and specifications. You will also oversee team dynamics, fostering collaboration and innovation to drive project success. Roles & Responsibilities: -Expertise in multiple Siemens Application like Teamcenter, Opcenter, Capital, Tecnomatix is an added advantage -Expertise in proposal to deliver proposal or solution in multiple Siemens Application like Teamcenter, Opcenter, Capital, Tecnomatix is an added advantage - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall performance. - Monitor project progress and implement necessary adjustments to ensure timely delivery. -Currently playing a Delivery Manager,Technical Architect role in existing organization. -He has ability to handle projects and guide the project end to end. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Siemens Teamcenter. - Strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices. - Experience with system integration and configuration management. - Ability to analyze and troubleshoot complex software issues. - Familiarity with Agile and DevOps practices to enhance team collaboration. -He has ability to propose solution, build, solution and capability in multiple Siemens Application like Teamcenter, Opcenter, Capital, Tecnomatix, NX. -He has experience in multiple application Integration like Teamcenter & S4 HANA, NX. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Siemens Teamcenter. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.15 years full time education
