Location: Hyderabad – Client Site 1. Key Responsibilities: A. Investigate and triage internally reported issues across the platform’s product portfolio, delivering confirmed reproduction status and log analysis with supporting evidence. B. Provide categorized analysis of validated issues, including classification (UI, functional, backend, performance, etc.) and distinction between bugs, feature requests, and product feedback. C. Transform raw issue reports into engineering-ready specifications with enhanced clarity, completeness, and actionable detail. D. Identify and report systemic or recurring issue patterns with analytical insights. E. Deliver regular reporting on triage outcomes, trends, root cause analysis, and recommendations for process optimization. F. Ensure data privacy and security compliance for all user content, in accordance with platform standards. G. Meet and exceed SLAs and KPIs as defined by the program. 2. Key Skills & Qualifications: A. Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related technical field. B. Shift Timings: Night Shift, 10 Pm to 7 Am. C. Minimum 1-2 years of experience in debugging, troubleshooting, or technical workflows. D. Proficiency in querying structured data (e.g., SQL), log analysis tools, and dashboard creation. E. Familiarity with client-server architectures, APIs, and backend systems. F. Experience with JSON parsing, regex, and light scripting (e.g., Python). G. Ability to interpret and validate API functionality and request/response payloads. H. Exposure to metrics and dashboard tools to support data-informed triage. I. Understanding of priority/severity frameworks and classification schemas. J. Prior exposure to triaging infrastructure or algorithmic issues (ranking, backend performance). K. Understanding of A/B testing mechanisms and their impact on product reliability. L. Understanding of GenAI concepts (prompt engineering, LLM behavior, model evaluation) and popular GenAI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.). M.
