Summary: As an Network Lead, We are looking for a skilled and experienced Network Engineer with strong expertise in Cisco Routers and VeloCloud SD-WAN technologies. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing, implementing, and supporting complex enterprise network environments. Additional knowledge of Cisco Switching, Wireless LAN Controllers (WLC), Infoblox DDI, and F5 Load Balancers is a strong plus. Key Responsibilities - Configure, manage, and troubleshoot Cisco Routers (ISR/ASR series) for enterprise WAN environments. - Design, implement, and maintain VeloCloud SD-WAN solutions across multiple sites. - Support Cisco Switching infrastructure, including VLANs, trunking, and Layer 2/3 configurations. - Assist with the configuration and maintenance of Cisco Wireless LAN Controllers (WLC) and wireless networks. - Monitor and ensure optimal network performance, availability, and reliability. - Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams for network changes, upgrades, and incident resolution. - Maintain up-to-date network documentation including diagrams, IP schemas, and configurations. - Participate in on-call rotation and respond to critical network incidents. Technical Experience - 2 years of experience working with Cisco Routers and WAN technologies. - Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with VeloCloud SD-WAN deployments. - Strong understanding of routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP) and WAN architectures. - Experience with IPSec VPNs, NAT, ACLs, and QoS. - Solid troubleshooting skills using tools such as Wireshark, SNMP, NetFlow. - Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field. - Relevant certifications such as Cisco CCNP or VMware SD-WAN Specialist are preferred. Good to Have Skills - Experience with Cisco Switching (Catalyst/Nexus), spanning tree, EtherChannel, and Layer 3 routing. - Working knowledge of Cisco Wireless LAN Controllers (9800/5508/3504) and wireless design best practices. - Familiarity with Infoblox DDI for DNS, DHCP, and IP address management. - Exposure to F5 BIG-IP Load Balancers (LTM, GTM), iRules, and SSL offloading. - Experience with network automation tools (Ansible, Python) and scripting. - Knowledge of ITIL processes and enterprise change management workflows. - Advanced certifications such as CCIE, F5-CTS, or Infoblox Core DDI certification are a plus. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in SD-WAN Operations. - This position is based at our Gurugram office. - A 15 years full time education is required.15 years full time education
