Summary: As a Software Development Lead, you will develop and configure software systems either end-to-end or for a specific stage of the product lifecycle. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that the software solutions meet client requirements and project specifications. You will apply your knowledge of technologies and methodologies to support the project effectively, ensuring that all aspects of the software development process are executed smoothly and efficiently. Engaging with stakeholders, you will facilitate discussions to gather requirements and provide updates on project progress, while also mentoring team members to enhance their skills and performance. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate training sessions to enhance team capabilities and knowledge sharing. - Monitor project timelines and deliverables to ensure adherence to schedules. Professional & Technical Skills: -Teamcenter implementation/upgrade, Deep understanding of Teamcenter concept, Strong analytical and Configuration skills, C/C++, Java, ITK, SOA, Teamcenter Customization, and Teamcenter 3rd level support experience with good understanding of Teamcenter integration with CAD tools Core skill set: -Teamcenter 10.2 -14.2 & Active Workspace 6.3 - Teamcenter Customization- BMIDE, ITK, RAC & SOA - Should have experience in defining the Data Model, Product Structure, including rules, relationships, and constraints - TC- Active Workspace(AWC) configuration & Customization - Programming language- C, C++, Java, Shell scripting - Windows Server 7 (32 & 64) above & Linux server Expert - PLM- Teamcenter administration 10 and above, FMS, Variant rule - Teamcenter various module expertise like- Organization, Project, Access manager, Structure/Multi-Structure, Workflow, TC Quality, NX Easy Planner, MPP, etc. - Tools: Teamcenter 10.1 & Above, Eclipse 3.6 and above, Catia - Database- SQL Or Oracle - Experience in JIRA/Confluence - Experience in GitHub/SVN, CICD & DevOps - License Management, Change Management, Configuration Management, 2-Tier & 4-Tier architecture & deployment - TC integration with CAD, Manufacturing & ERP (tool- CATIA, Creo, Tecnomatics, SAP, Other PLM tool) - Teamcenter Multisite, Site consolidation, Data Migration, PLMXML, IPS Loader, TCXML - Strong analytical and Problem-solving skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Siemens Teamcenter. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full time education is required.15 years full time education
