Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, your typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to meet specific business processes and application requirements. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that the solutions you develop align with organizational goals and enhance operational efficiency. Your role will require you to engage in problem-solving activities, contributing innovative ideas and technical expertise to drive project success. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with industry trends and technologies. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Duck Creek Policy. - Strong understanding of application design principles and software development life cycle. - Experience with configuration management tools and practices. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve application issues effectively. - Familiarity with agile methodologies and collaborative development environments. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Duck Creek Policy. - This position is based at our Kolkata office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
