Summary The Oracle CC&B Techno-Functional Manager will lead the implementation, support, and enhancement of Oracle Utilities Customer Care and Billing (CC&B) solutions. This role requires a strong blend of functional understanding of utility billing and technical expertise in Oracle CC&B architecture. The individual will manage cross-functional teams, engage with business stakeholders, and ensure timely delivery of project milestones. Roles & Responsibilities: • Lead end-to-end delivery of Oracle CC&B projects including requirement analysis, design, configuration, integration, testing, and deployment. • Act as the primary liaison between business users, technical teams, and project leadership. • Conduct functional analysis for key CC&B modules such as Customer Management, Billing, Payments, Meter Management, and Financials. • Provide techno-functional leadership for customizations, extensions, interfaces, and reports (CIS to external systems). • Manage configuration of CC&B objects like Business Objects, Algorithms, Batch Jobs, and Zones. • Oversee data migration, conversions, and integration efforts with other Oracle Utilities or third-party applications. • Ensure adherence to Oracle best practices, quality assurance, and compliance standards. • Support project planning, resource allocation, risk management, and stakeholder communication. • Mentor and guide team members (developers, functional consultants, and testers). • Handle production support escalations and continuous improvement initiatives. ________________________________________ Professional & Technical Skills: • Strong understanding of CC&B functional areas — Billing, Payments, Customer Information, Service Orders, and Financial Management. • Hands-on technical experience in: o Oracle Utilities Application Framework (OUAF) o Java, SQL/PLSQL, Oracle DB o XAI, Web Services, and Batch framework • Proven track record leading CC&B implementations or upgrade projects. • Experience working in a global delivery model with onshore/offshore coordination. • Knowledge of utility industry processes (meter-to-cash, customer care, credit & collections • Familiarity with related modules — MDM, MWM, WAM, or C2M — is a plus. • Proven experience in managing project teams and interacting with onshore/offshore stakeholders. • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. • Should be able to train independently clients as well as junior resources within the team Additional Information • 10–15 years of total IT experience with at least 5 years in Oracle Utilities CC&B (v2.6 / v2.7). • Oracle Utilities CC&B Certified Implementation Specialist. • Exposure to related products such as C2M, MDM, or WAM. • Oracle Utilities Customer Care and Billing Certified Implementation Specialist • Minimum 15 years of full-time education Degree in Engineering will be a plus • This position is based at our Hyderabad office.15 years full time education
