Roles & Responsibilities:
Act as a Senior SME / Technical Lead for SAP Business Data Cloud (BDC) and SAP Datasphere.
Lead the design and implementation of scalable, end-to-end data and analytics solutions using SAP BDC and SAP Datasphere.
Drive architecture and implementation of SAP BDC Data Products, including consumption, integration, and extension scenarios.
Own solution design across data acquisition, replication, transformation, modeling, semantic modeling, and consumption.
Drive migration to SAP Datasphere / SAP BDC, including assessment of existing system and target-state design.
Lead resolution of complex data integration, modeling, authorization, and performance issues.
Establish development, modeling, architecture, and governance best practices.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and technical teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
Provide technical leadership, design reviews, mentoring, estimations, and implementation guidance to project teams.

Professional & Technical Skills:
Must-Have Skills - Proficiency in SAP BDC/SAP BTP Datasphere
Strong understanding of SAP BDC Data Products, including integration and consumption scenarios.
Strong experience integrating SAP source systems and architecting enterprise data solutions.
Ability to independently drive architecture, solution design, troubleshooting, performance optimization, and technical decisions.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Good-to-Have Skills
Exposure to SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)
Understanding of SAP CDS Views and SAP data extraction concepts.
Experience with enterprise analytics, reusable data models, semantic layers, and data governance.

Additional Requirements:
Candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in SAP Analytics, with at least 2 years of relevant hands-on experience in SAP Business Data Cloud (BDC) / SAP Datasphere.
Demonstrated hands-on implementation and solution architecture experience.
Proven ability to lead complex end-to-end technical workstreams and provide technical leadership across teams.
Experience in SAP BW/BW4HANA modernization or migration to SAP Datasphere / SAP BDC is preferred.
Location: Pune.
