Communicate changes to the SPAs are in alignment with business requirements and embedded correctly in the current technology ecosystem throughout the related systems to relevant teams and stakeholders. Perform UAT limited to newly developed/fixed functions or features, user experience areas and ensure design consistency throughout the respective front-end channels (app). Follow-up on incidents prioritizing high severity (P1 and P2) issues with all stakeholders involved. Support in identifying root causes to production/regression issues and customer-raised issues. Provide on demand Google Analytics export of SPA data usage reports via email. Support ad hoc analyses and reports for business teams.
