As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves design, develop, enhance, and support enterprise content management solutions. The role requires to have hands-on experience in IBM FileNet P8, IBM Content Navigator (ICN), workflow development, and modern Java technologies such as Spring Boot and REST APIs. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, configure, and maintain IBM FileNet P8 solutions.
- Develop and customize FileNet workflows, document classes, metadata models, security groups, and content repositories
- Build and enhance backend applications using Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate/JPA, and RESTful services.
- Integrate FileNet with enterprise applications and third-party systems.
- Develop custom components using IBM Content Navigator (ICN) plugins and APIs.
- Perform application analysis, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in IBM FileNet ECM Tools.
- Experience in designing and developing custom software components using modern development frameworks.
- Experience in FileNet upgrades, migrations, and administration.
