Summary:
As a Cority Functional Consultant, a typical day involves supporting the implementation and optimization of Cority HSE solutions for global clients by analyzing business requirements, configuring HSE modules, and ensuring alignment between business processes and application capabilities. The role requires collaboration with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project teams to deliver scalable and compliant HSE solutions across multiple sites. The candidate will contribute to solution design, testing, deployment, and post-production support while driving continuous improvement in Environmental, Health, and Safety (HSE) processes.
Roles & Responsibilities:

-Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
-Contribute to providing solutions to work-related problems.
-Analyze business requirements and prepare functional specifications, process flows, use cases, and requirement analysis documents.
-Align HSE business processes with Cority application architecture and platform capabilities to meet client needs.
-Configure and customize Cority HSE modules based on business and regulatory requirements.
-Support end-to-end implementation activities including solution design, testing, deployment, go-live, and hypercare support.
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams, technical teams, and business users to ensure successful project delivery.
-Assist in issue resolution, enhancement activities, and process optimization initiatives.
-Support documentation of configurations, business processes, and solution designs to facilitate knowledge management and future maintenance.

-Hands-on experience in implementing Cority HSE modules for multi-site client environments.
-Experience in configuring and customizing various HSE modules within the Cority application suite.
-Experience in conducting requirement gathering workshops and preparing functional documentation.
-Understanding of Cority APIs and integration capabilities.
-Ability to translate business requirements into functional and technical solutions.
-Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
-Familiarity with software testing, deployment support, and issue management processes.
