Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, development, and configuration of custom applications. This role requires taking ownership of the project s technical direction and serving as the main liaison for stakeholders. The position demands coordinating with various teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of solutions, while continuously overseeing progress and addressing challenges to meet project goals effectively.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Drive innovation by identifying opportunities for process improvements and technology enhancements.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BTP Integration Suite.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- Strong knowledge of cloud-based integration platforms and middleware technologies.
- Ability to design scalable and maintainable integration solutions.
- Experience with API management, event-driven architectures, and microservices.
- Familiarity with debugging, troubleshooting, and performance tuning of integration flows.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in SAP BTP Integration Suite.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
