Summary:
As a Salesforce Technical Architect, you will design and drive scalable, high-performing Salesforce solutions aligned with business goals. You will lead technical design, guide development teams, ensure best practices in implementation, and collaborate with stakeholders across business and IT functions to deliver enterprise-grade Salesforce solutions.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead end-to-end architecture and design for Salesforce implementations (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and/or custom apps).
2. Define technical strategy, integration architecture, and data model to ensure scalability and maintainability.
3. Review and guide development efforts, ensuring compliance with Salesforce best practices and coding standards.
4. Translate business requirements into robust technical solutions, balancing innovation with feasibility.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (functional leads, developers, QA, integration teams, etc.) for smooth delivery.
6. Conduct architecture reviews, performance optimization, and security assessments.
7. Provide thought leadership on emerging Salesforce technologies (LWC, Einstein, Flows, AI Cloud, etc.).
8. Mentor developers and leads contribute to capability building within the team.
9. Support pre-sales activities, solution estimations, and proposal development as needed.
Required Skills & Experience
1. 10–14 years of total IT experience with at least 8+ years in Salesforce ecosystem.
2. Proven experience designing and implementing solutions using Salesforce Sales/Service/Experience Cloud.
3. Expertise in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, Flows, and integration frameworks (REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, etc.).
4. Deep understanding of Salesforce security model, governor limits, and data architecture.
5. Experience in CI/CD tools (SFDX, Git, Copado, Jenkins, or Harness).
6. Salesforce Application Architect / System Architect / Technical Architect certifications preferred.
7. Strong leadership and communication skills to engage with business and technical stakeholders.
