Summary:
Proactive and skilled L2 Operations Tech Lead. Will be responsible for leading and mentoring the team of EDS, troubleshooting, and supporting data workflows built on AWS, Apache PySpark, Python, and SQL. The ideal candidate should be capable of addressing production issues, ensuring SLAs are met, and escalating unresolved problems appropriately.
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. More numbers years of experience in L2 support or similar operational roles and as a Tech Lead.
2. Strong hands-on knowledge of AWS services. e.g- S3, Glue, Lambda, CloudWatch.
3. Experience working with Data Engineering and Apache Pyspark and handling distributed data processing, Databricks..
4. Proficiency in Python scripting for automation and data operations.
5. Strong SQL skills for querying and debugging relational datasets.
6. Good understanding of ITIL-based incident, change, and problem management.
7. Familiarity with support tools like CloudWatch Logs, SNS, SQS, and basic monitoring tools.
8. Strong communication and coordination skills with stakeholders across geographies
Professional & Technical Skills:
1. Strong with Data Engineering(Primary Skill) , Apache Pyspark, Python, AWS, MSSQL, Databricks.
2. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities, with the capacity to work in complex, distributed environments.
