POSITION TITLE Associate, ServiceNow Colleague Experiences Developer
ROLE SUMMARY As the ServiceNow Developer for Colleague Experiences, you will support the Digital organization in managing technical solutions for Digital Services to all the Colleagues.
In partnership with the ServiceNow Product owner, Digital Analyst and Solution Engineer, you will assist in designing, implementing Service portals and knowledge management, utilizing a combination of web development and testing (including ServiceNow s automated test framework) tools to implement portal and knowledge solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
Work with the product team to develop solutions in ServiceNow and coordinate support and development efforts within the product team.
General support, administration and maintenance of ServiceNow portal and knowledge products and associated applications
Working closely with ServiceNow functional team, configure and improve core and custom applications.
Create and configure Business Rules, UI Policies, UI Actions, Client Scripts and ACLs including advanced scripting of each.
Create and configure Notifications, UI pages, UI Macros, Script Includes, Formatters, etc. in ServiceNow
Coordinate application and platform upgrades
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Applicant must have a Bachelor s degree.
Experience with web technologies, including JavaScript, Ajax, HTML, CSS
Technical understanding of ServiceNow
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator Training
Experience working with the ServiceNow Service Portal Configuration: Branding Editor, Page Designer, Page Editor, Widget Editor, and creating new portals
Demonstrate ability to work and communicate collaboratively with different areas to develop and deliver portal solutions.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience working in an Agile project environment (SAFE of Scrum preferred) with an emphasis on frequently delivering functional software releases at a sustainable pace.
Ability to work as an individual and in a team environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong organization and time management skills.
