Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing and developing tailored software components that integrate seamlessly within larger systems or applications. The role includes collaborating with various teams to ensure the delivery of scalable and efficient solutions that meet unique business requirements. Continuous enhancement and refinement of software elements are part of daily activities, along with adapting to evolving project needs and technologies. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate effective communication and knowledge sharing within and across teams to promote a cohesive working environment. - Support the continuous improvement of development processes and practices to enhance team productivity and software quality. - Mentor team members to foster professional growth and skill development. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Multiplatform Front End Development React. - Additional Good To Have Skills: Experience with React.js. - Strong understanding of component-based architecture and state management in front end development. - Experience with responsive design principles to ensure applications function well across various devices and platforms. - Familiarity with modern front end build pipelines and tools to optimize development workflows. - Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Multiplatform Front End Development React. - This position is based at our Manila office. Minimum 3 year(s) of experience is required
