Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead SAP Central Finance implementation, rollout and support projects.
- Collaborate with business and IT for requirement gathering and solutioning.
- Configure data replication processes (FI, CO, CO-PA) and mapping frameworks.
- Integrate SAP and non-SAP financial systems with real-time data replication.
- Troubleshoot and resolve Central Finance system issues.
- Conduct design and solution workshops with stakeholders.
- Support finance closing, reporting, and audit readiness.
- Stay updated on SAP S/4HANA Finance innovations.
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and ensure knowledge sharing within the team.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to align project goals and deliverables with organizational objectives.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Strong functional and technical knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Central Finance architecture, including experience with system design, replication, and integration processes.
- Expertise in finance and controlling modules (FI, CO, CO-PA) with knowledge of Universal Journal, finance closing, intercompany, and real-time analytics.
- Expertise in SAP S/4HANA Central Finance architecture and core financial processes.
- Ability to communicate technically and functionally with diverse teams.
- Mastery of SAP Landscape Transformation (SLT) for real-time data replication from source systems to Central Finance.
- Knowledge of SAP Application Interface Framework (AIF) for interface monitoring and error handling.
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP FI S/4HANA Central Finance.
- Strong experience in designing and implementing financial modules within enterprise resource planning systems.
- Ability to customize and extend SAP FI S/4HANA Central Finance functionalities to meet specific business requirements.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and tools to connect SAP systems with other enterprise applications.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex issues related to SAP FI S/4HANA Central Finance environments.
- Knowledge of agile software development practices and modern software engineering principles.
