Summary: As a Quality Engineering Architect, you will engage in the development of comprehensive testing architectures that leverage innovative testing products and solutions. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure the implementation of effective quality engineering practices, providing technical leadership, and guiding strategic direction to enhance the overall quality of software products. You will also be responsible for identifying and addressing quality challenges, ensuring that testing processes are efficient and effective, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the team. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance skill sets and promote professional growth. - Evaluate and implement new testing tools and methodologies to improve testing efficiency and effectiveness. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Java Enterprise Edition, Microservices and Light Weight Architecture, Confluent Event Streaming Platform. - Strong understanding of software development life cycle and agile methodologies. - Experience with automated testing frameworks and tools. - Proficient in performance testing and load testing techniques. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.15 years full time education
