Your Team's Impact 


The CUSIP Senior Content Manager – Private Credit is responsible for leading the development, governance, and delivery of high-quality private credit and syndicated loan reference data.


You will serve as a subject matter expert across loan documentation, identifier administration, data quality, and market workflows, partnering with business, technology, product, and client-facing teams to strengthen operational processes, support market adoption of private credit CUSIPs, and ensure accurate, timely, and well-controlled data capture across the private credit lifecycle.


What You'll Do 


  • Act as a subject matter expert for private credit and syndicated bank loan data, supporting the private credit markets from origination through syndication (if applicable), closing, and post-close amendment activity.
  • Partner with business and technology teams to identify operational challenges, define requirements, implement solutions, and drive process improvements that enhance efficiency and strengthen data quality controls.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders across departments and management levels to support the growth and market adoption of private credit CUSIPs.
  • Ensure accurate identification of loan market data using both documentation and external sources.
  • Establish private credit data capture and governance, managing key private credit instrument attributes including CUSIPs, lender information and other loan terms and conditions.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for client inquiries, delivering loan market expertise and supporting product managers, development teams, and other stakeholders.
  • Provide accurate and timely loan market data and analytical expertise.
  • Build and leverage loan industry relationships to grow direct lending requests.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

What We're Looking For 

Required Skills 


  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business, Economics, Accounting, Information Management, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
  • Experienced interpreting SEC filings, credit agreements, amendments, financial covenants
  • Deep understanding of private credit, syndicated bank loans, leveraged finance, and investment-grade loan market workflows.
  • Strong knowledge of loan documentation, amendments, financial covenants, lender information, and key instrument terms and conditions.
  • Demonstrated expertise in reference data management, loan identifier administration, CUSIP assignment, and data quality governance.
  • Proven ability to apply market, product, and operational knowledge to support client needs, product development, and private credit data strategy.

 Desired Skills 

  • Advanced degree, professional certification, or specialized training in finance, credit markets, data management, or financial services operations.

The budgeted salary range for this position in NYC is $120,000 - $150,000.


Salary is just one component of our compensation package and is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, and certifications.
