As a Technical Consultant on the Curam Solutions team, you will have responsibility for the delivery and support of projects implemented.
You will work closely with clients and systems integration partners and teams to provide technical support and guidance.
Essential Job Duties:
- Facilitate requirements and fit/gap workshops with client staff on technical topics and non-functional requirements.
- Create functional and technical designs as well as solution prototypes, to support Curam configurations and extensions such as workflow, rules and/or integrations.
- Develop, code and unit test Cúram extensions in a J2EE environment
- Configure and troubleshoot application servers like WebSphere or WebLogic, and develop API’s
- Utilize Eclipse framework to implement Curam
- Establish and maintain successful working relationship with fellow employees, System Integration partners and clients, and promote Cúram Solution as a capable and trusted partner.
- Apply and maintain industry standard design methodologies and patterns
- Support operations of system
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or information technology equivalent
- 8+ years of experience in a hands-on technical role delivering and implementing software solutions with design/development principles
- 3+ years of experience with Curam software product and delivery, including batch, workflows, web services.
- 5+ years of experience in Java/J2EE/ JEE development, JDBC, XML, XSL, CSS, JavaScript
- Experience in modern UI/UX design and user research practices, tools, languages such as React.js, Angular and UML
- Experience with EJB, RSA, UNIX and NT operating systems, and databases such as Oracle or DB2
- Flexibility in hours a must, to include evenings and weekends as needed
Preferred Skills
- Cúram Technical certification (preferably on latest Cúram version)
- Cloud technology experience with AWS, Microsoft Azure, or IBM Cloud
Compensation
The salary range provided in this job posting is intended to reflect the general market value for the position. The actual salary offered may vary based on factors such as the candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and the specific requirements of the role. This range may also be subject to change as market conditions evolve. We encourage open communication throughout the interview process to discuss compensation expectations. For base-salary + commission sales roles, the range represents On-Target Earnings.
