Capcade’s Novi Sad team is growing, and we’re looking for a Culture & People Lead to help us shape how our people grow and work together. You’ll lead the full HR cycle. From hiring and onboarding to learning, engagement, and culture, ensuring our teams stay aligned and motivated to deliver great product outcomes. With a flat structure and open communication, you’ll have the freedom to design and improve people processes that make Capcade a great place to work and build products.

Duties and responsibilities

You will be responsible for leading people and culture initiatives across the organization and ensuring Capcade’s people strategy supports our business and product goals.

  • Lead HR strategy and culture programs that align with Capcade’s mission and company objectives
  • Plan and manage the recruitment process – from job posting to onboarding
  • Build and maintain Capcade’s employer brand across social channels and events
  • Design and facilitate internal learning programs that support growth and retention
  • Monitor and improve team health, engagement, and psychological safety through regular feedback and surveys
  • Support and promote a feedback-driven culture where employees feel safe to speak up and grow
  • Develop efficient and transparent HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, and reporting
  • Use modern HR and AI tools to simplify and automate workflows
  • Partner with leadership on organizational design, communication, and change management
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, data protection, and company policies

Requirements and qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in HR roles, preferably within a tech or product-based company
  • Proven experience in leading HR strategy and operations
  • Strong understanding of recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee engagement
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English
  • Familiarity with employer branding, HR analytics, and AI-assisted tools
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking and hands-on execution
  • Proactive, empathetic, and organized, with strong attention to detail
