Job Introduction
The central tech support project data coordinator will be responsible for managing and processing project-related data, developing insightful dashboards, and supporting internal projects through advanced data analytics and reporting. This role requires strong expertise in Power BI, Excel, and PowerPoint, while collaborating with VHN central teams to ensure data-driven decision-making and smooth project execution.
- Collect, process, and analyze project-related data to provide actionable insights.
- Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards for project performance tracking and reporting.
- Utilize advanced Excel skills (including formulas, pivot tables, macros, and data modeling) to manage complex datasets.
- Prepare clear and impactful PowerPoint presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Support project teams with data-driven recommendations and reporting for New Product Introduction (NPI) and diagnostics programs.
- Assist in project coordination tasks such as scheduling, documentation, and progress tracking.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement through data analysis and contribute to operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely data delivery.
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication skills for presenting data insights to different levels of the organization.
