Skills Required
- Proven technical leadership building large-scale AI infrastructure or platform
- Experience architecting agent-based systems or autonomous AI workflows
- Expertise in auditability, traceability, and compliance for regulated industries (finance, healthcare)
- Ability to define organizational structure and hire/scale engineering teams
- Experience collaborating across US and China engineering or distributed international teams
- Track record of shipping production-grade systems for enterprise customers
