As a Lead Technical Program Manager in the Chief Technology Office - Authentication and Authorization area within the Identity and Access Management organization, you will be a hands-on individual contributor responsible for delivering complex cross-team programs that advance key business objectives. You will lead quarterly planning for Customer Auth. Engineering, maintain an accurate sprint-planning dashboard, and reinforce delivery discipline through strong JIRA hygiene. You will proactively manage dependencies, risks, and blockers; run governance forums and executive reporting cadences; and partner closely with Product and Tech managers to improve transparency and delivery outcomes, including release communications as needed. You will also leverage enterprise-authorized AI capabilities to increase efficiency and effectiveness. Additionally, you will support Third-Party Oversight activities for Global Authentication Engineering suppliers as needed.

 

Job responsibilities

  • Lead quarterly planning across AuthE; maintain sprint planning dashboard (priorities, capacity, milestones).

  • Drive end-to-end execution of multi-team Auth & Auth initiatives by aligning requirements with Product Owners and Engineering Leads into clear roadmaps and priorities.

  • Run governance cadences (RAID, dependencies, forums/SoS); escalate and drive issues to closure.

  • Enforce Jira hygiene and program-data quality (including Team Central) on a regular cadence.

  • Coordinate release communications with Product, Engineering, QA, and Release partners.

  • Ensure delivery aligns to regulatory/compliance expectations through compliance-by-design, privacy-by-design, and least-privilege principles.

  • Support executive and PI/status reporting by consolidating updates into decision-ready communications for product and technology senior management team.

  • Support Third-Party Oversight (TPO) activities for Global AuthE suppliers as needed.

  • Use enterprise-authorized AI to accelerate planning/synthesis with human validation.

 

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 5+ years (or equivalent expertise) in technical program management experience delivering complex, cross-functional programs in a large enterprise.

  • Strong program execution skills: planning, governance, dependency/RAID management, and delivery tracking.

  • Proven ability to influence engineering, product, risk/compliance, and operations; strong executive communication.

  • Technical fluency to partner with engineers/architects and coordinate delivery across platforms/services; vendor management as needed.

  • Strong analytical/problem-solving skills; track measurable outcomes.

  • Agile leadership (Scrum/Agile practices, prioritization, estimation, continuous improvement).

  • Ability to validate AI-assisted outputs, escalate uncertainty, and follow data-handling requirements.

  • Experience with multi-product programs and enterprise-scale transformations.

  • Familiarity with structured delivery controls risks, issues, dependencies, milestones.
