POSITION: Recruiting Specialist
SALARY: $28.32 - $34.50/hr DOE
REPORTS TO: CTHCA HR Director
LOCATION: Colville Tribal Healthcare Authority, Reservation Wide
SUMMARY:
The Recruiting Specialist is responsible for coordinating and administering the recruitment and onboarding processes for the Colville Tribal Healthcare Authority. This position manages all aspects of recruitment administration, including job postings, applicant tracking, interview coordination, pre-employment requirements, hiring documentation, and new team member onboarding. The Recruiting Specialist partners with hiring managers to ensure vacancies are filled efficiently while maintaining compliance with organizational policies, employment laws, and confidentiality requirements. This position provides exceptional customer service to candidates, leaders, and team members.
QualificationsMINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Associates degree in business, human resources, psychology, or related discipline and 2 (two) years of experience in a human resources function is required. Other combinations of higher education and experience that demonstrates the ability to fulfill the requirements of the position may be considered.
- Knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Valid Washington State Driver’s License is required and be insurable.
Note: Pursuant to Tribal Policy, if this position is safety sensitive it is subject to pre-employment drug testing. In addition, this position is subject to reasonable suspicion and post-accident drug testing.

In addition, this position may be subject to pre-employment background clearances. If applicable, these clearances must be maintained throughout employment.
