POSITION: Project Operations Coordinator

SALARY: $30.88-$37.62 per hour DOE

REPORTS TO: Behavioral Health Clinical Director

LOCATION: Nespelem or Omak, WA

SUMMARY:

The Project Operations Coordinator provides administrative, financial, operational, and project management support for the Behavioral Health Program and assigned grant-funded initiatives. This position coordinates daily office operations, grant administration, budgeting, purchasing, contracts, and project activities while ensuring compliance with Tribal policies, funding requirements, and organizational objectives. The Project Operations Coordinator serves as a resource to leadership by coordinating projects, preparing financial and operational reports, supporting strategic initiatives, and promoting efficient program operations.

QualificationsMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: 
  • Associate's Degree from an accredited college or university with an emphasis in Accounting, Business Administration, Public Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Five (5) of experience performing financial functions in accounting, business, finance, or a related field, including demonstrated experience with complex budget and grant development and maintenance.
  • Must submit to and successfully clear an extensive criminal background inquiry (tribal, state, financial) and maintain clearance throughout employment.
  • Valid Washington State Driver’s License is required and must be insurable.

Skills Required
