POSITION: Senior Office Assistant
SALARY: $20.34-$24.10/hr DOE
REPORTS TO: Assistant Administrator
LOCATION: San Poil Treatment Center - Keller, WA
SUMMARY:The Office Assistant provides clerical and administrative support to the San Poil Treatment Center. This position serves as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing professional customer service while supporting the daily operations of the office. Responsibilities include reception, scheduling, data entry, filing, answering phones, preparing correspondence, and maintaining confidential records.
QualificationsMINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Two (2) years of general clerical and keyboarding experience in a customer service-oriented environment.
- Valid Washington State driver's license and insurable driving record will be required.
- Must successfully pass a criminal background check and any other pre-employment requirements established by the Colville Tribes.
- Knowledge of general office procedures and administrative practices.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Note: Pursuant to Tribal Policy, if this position is safety sensitive it is subject to pre-employment drug testing. In addition, this position is subject to reasonable suspicion and post-accident drug testing.
