Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical CSR Analyst to join our dynamic team. The role involves developing, implementing, and analyzing corporate social responsibility initiatives to enhance the organization’s sustainability efforts and social impact. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication, research, and data analysis skills and have a passion for driving meaningful change through community engagement and environmental stewardship.

Key Responsibilities:

• Program Development: Assist in the design and execution of CSR programs aligned with the company's mission and values.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including NGOs, government agencies, and community partners.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Track and analyze the performance of CSR initiatives, generating reports and dashboards to communicate impact.
• Compliance & Sustainability: Monitor compliance with sustainability standards, ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) frameworks, and industry regulations.
• Employee Engagement: Drive employee participation in CSR initiatives, including volunteering and awareness campaigns.
• Event Coordination: Plan and execute CSR events and campaigns, ensuring smooth operations and high-impact outcomes.
• Research & Benchmarking: Conduct research on industry trends and best practices to inform CSR strategy development.

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Social Sciences, Environmental Studies, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in CSR, sustainability, or related roles.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills, with experience using data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Excel).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of ESG frameworks, sustainability standards, and CSR best practices.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Passion for social impact and sustainability.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in an IT or technology-driven organization.
• Familiarity with sustainability reporting frameworks such as GRI or SASB.
• Understanding of carbon footprint analysis and environmental impact assessment.
