Job Description:

We’re looking for an experienced Customer Success Manager to ensure our clients achieve their goals through our cloud-based solutions. In this role, you will act as a strategic advisor and advocate, working closely with customers to drive adoption, ensure satisfaction, and guide them through each phase of their cloud journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring they achieve success with our cloud services.
  • Onboarding and Training: Lead onboarding sessions and training for new customers, making sure they fully understand and can leverage our cloud solutions effectively.
  • Strategic Cloud Guidance: Provide customers with expert advice on how to best use cloud technologies (Azure, AWS, GCP) to meet their business objectives.
  • Proactive Account Management: Regularly engage with customers to monitor account health, identify potential issues, and provide solutions before they escalate.
  • Product Expertise and Upselling: Stay updated on our products to recommend the most relevant features and upgrades, identifying upsell opportunities that benefit customers.
  • Feedback and Improvement: Gather customer feedback and collaborate with internal teams to improve products and services based on customer insights.
  • End-to-End Project Management: Manage cloud-based projects from onboarding to continued success, coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure customer objectives are met.

Requirements

Requirements:

  • Experience: 3+ years in customer success, account management, or cloud project management.
  • Cloud Expertise: Strong understanding of public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), with hands-on experience in cloud deployment and optimization.
  • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with cloud services and tools, including cloud-native infrastructure, networking, and data management.
  • Customer-Centric: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage client expectations and resolve issues.
  • Project Management Skills: Proven ability to lead projects independently, with strong organizational skills.
  • Problem Solver: Proactive, solution-oriented approach to challenges, with a collaborative mindset.
  • Preferred Skills: Certifications in relevant cloud platforms (e.g., AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Fundamentals) and experience with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot).
