A Bright Future inc. specializes in providing individuals with disabilities the necessary support they need to live in their own home. We are looking for an experienced person for our CSF (Community Support Facilitator) position for our Sacramento Region.
Qualifications:
Education:
B.A in Psychology or related field (M.A preferred) or 4 years experience in the field of Developmental Disabilities.
Experience:
2+ years direct support experience with people with behavior challenges, medical involvement or psychiatric diagnosis, and forensic involvement.
1+ year experience coordinating services for people with developmental disabilities.
1+ year experience in a supervisory position preferred.
$23 - $25 hourly
