As the senior project lead in HMI central CS business excellence team, you will need to take responsibility on project management/coordination /alignment the strategy across sectors/regions to enable central CS target from business excellence perspective, and able to deal with dynamic changing business requirement with flexible and can-do attitude.
Role and responsibilities1.KPI management
a. To familiar with all CS operation KPI (content and definition) and drive for operation improvement toward HMI CS central and region management team.
b. To manage CS KPI dashboard and support for various KPI reporting, ensure the data privacy control.
c. Able to identify business needs from operation review, conducts analysis on risk & challenge, manage requirement, build and review improvement solution and further implementation for improvements.
2. UIR management
a. Responsible for HMI CS WW UIR planning, execution coordination, and KPI performance (cycle time, labor hours, parts usage, quality) review.
b. Collaborate with CS NPI team to ensure and prepare UIR product readiness review before execution.
c. To monitor HMI CS WW UIR performance and drive for block issue closure and cost reduction.
d. To collaborate with Account sales, Factory and CS to ensure timely customer acceptance and cost recognition.
e. To drive HMI CS WW UIR operational efficiency improvement.
Gross margin management
a. Understand the service business performance insight and able to identify cost reduction opportunity and drive WW CS and stakeholders with improvement projects.
b. Closely work with CS NPI and CS SE team to monitor and validate LHM/PCM reduction program.
c. Closely work with BL, Finance, business planning team to reflect CS performance and jointly to drive margin improvement..
