Introduction to the job
We are looking for a field performance analyst with a background in Customer support / Operations. The candidate will work within our CS EUV Field Performance Management team. The motivated candidate will be able to turn complex data into insights and insights into meaningful business decisions impacting our EUV operational organization within Customer Support. The candidate is flexible, independent and enjoys a rapidly changing environment in which constant prioritization of tasks is key. Furthermore, the candidate enjoys working with various stakeholders, both worldwide and cross-departmental.
The business analyst works within our Field Performance Management team. The team is responsible for reporting on EUV system & service performance and identifying performance and efficiency improvement opportunities. The team’s general system and field knowledge in combination with the corporate strategy puts the team as the central point of contact for the field and central departments.
Role and responsibilities
The candidate is expected to communicate effectively with CS stakeholders both in the field and at ASML’s headquarters. Furthermore, you are expected to identify improvement opportunities and ensure the right follow-up, both on an operational and on a strategic level.
The main tasks include, amongst others:

Using your expertise in data analytics to break down complex data-sets to concrete insights that make true impact to the Customer Support operation and ASML in general;

Work with competency engineers and other (technical) experts to provide insights in our system’s performance and translate this into a broader strategy;

Facilitating both ongoing and ad-hoc reporting and analysis to the various stakeholders of the Field Performance Analysis team;

Working with CS management in prioritizing business and information needs.
Education and background
Master's degree in a technical field. Related technical backgrounds: computer science, data science, electrical engineering, mathematics, mechanical engineering, mechatronics, physics but also other technical backgrounds.
Work experience within ASML Customer Support or another ASML operational related sector.
Other information
Travel would be ~ 10% of the time for this role.
