- External Job Description
工作使命
EUV 客戶服務（CS）技術員負責在客戶現場執行 EUV 量產機的維修、故障排除、升級與例行保養（PM），確保系統可用率、良率與安全合規，並提供即時的狀態回報與知識傳遞。
工作說明
CS 組織於客戶現場執行 ASML 系統的驗證、維修、硬體更換及安裝，並確保必要知識轉移。
在指示範圍內工作、能處理常見例外並於類似情境做出合宜判斷。
與資深工程師/ 主管確認優先順序與計畫，於有限監督下完成程序並檢查結果。
參與回饋流程與持續改進活動（CI）。

系統健康：Alarms/Warnings、趨勢與關鍵參數巡檢
目視點檢：洩漏、異音、震動、溫度、潔淨度
耗材壽命追蹤：濾心、O-ring 等

區域清潔與除塵（外罩、平台、治具）

Skills Required
- Hands-on hardware skills or related practical experience
- Chinese and English verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to perform EUV system maintenance, repairs, upgrades, and preventive maintenance
- Ability to perform basic troubleshooting and support machine recovery
- Follow cleanroom, safety, LOTO and 2-person rule procedures
