The Role

Job Description:

We are seeking a Crystal Report Specialist with expertise in configuring and developing Crystal Reports to support data visualization and reporting needs. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in configuring, customizing, and optimizing Crystal Reports and a strong background in data integration. Experience integrating Crystal Reports with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, configure, and develop Crystal Reports based on business and operational requirements.
  • Optimize and modify existing reports to enhance functionality, performance, and usability.
  • Integrate Crystal Reports with various data sources, ensuring seamless connectivity and accuracy.
  • Work with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) to integrate reports into manufacturing environments (preferred).
  • Collaborate with IT, operations, and engineering teams to understand reporting needs and provide solutions.
  • Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with industry standards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Crystal Reports and reporting environments.
  • Maintain documentation related to report configurations, processes, and integrations.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in configuring and developing Crystal Reports.
  • Strong SQL knowledge for querying and data manipulation.
  • Experience integrating reports with various databases (SQL Server, Oracle, etc.).
  • Familiarity with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) is a plus.
  • Experience working with ERP, SAP, or other enterprise software is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of OT/IT integration in manufacturing environments.
  • Experience in report automation and scheduling tools.
  • Understanding of GMP or regulated manufacturing environments.
