The Role
Token Metrics is looking for a creative and motivated copywriter. To be successful as a copywriter, you must be able to meet strict deadlines and work well under pressure.
Responsibilities
- Researching and understanding the company's long-term goals.
- Pinpointing issues that are hampering growth for the business.
- Choosing, setting, and prioritizing growth goals for the company.
- Identifying growth opportunities for the company.
- Designing and setting up experiments to test whether designed interventions will impact the business.
- Implementing projects to achieve growth goals for the company.
- Using data, analytics, and other tools to inform decisions and growth strategies.
- Ensuring that resources inside and outside the business improve growth.
- Reporting on initiatives and projects to management and founders.
- Replicating successful strategies at scale and in new markets.
Requirements
- Earned or earning a Bachelor’s degree in advertising, journalism, marketing, or a related field
- Copywriting experience
- Understanding of digital marketing and social media
- Creative thinker who can collaborate creatively or work autonomously
- Experience with and/or interest in crypto a plus
- SEO and SEM knowledge
- Demonstrate experience with strategic B2C/B2B email marketing and creating paid marketing content (a plus)
