What You’ll Do
- Lead, manage and collaborate on end-to-end CRO projects, from research and ideation to execution and analysis.
- Work closely with design, development, and business teams to implement data-driven CRO strategies.
- Conduct in-depth UX research and data analysis to uncover optimization opportunities.
- Design, run, and analyze A/B tests and experiments to enhance website performance.
- Communicate key findings, insights, and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Stay ahead of the curve by keeping up with industry trends and the latest best practices in CRO and UX.
- Strong project management skills – you can juggle multiple projects while keeping everything on track.
- A curious and proactive mindset – you love solving problems and aren’t afraid to take initiative.
- Hands-on experience with CRO tools such as Google Analytics, Bloomreach, VWO, Insider, Optimizely, Convert.com or similar.
- A solid understanding of UX best practices and e-commerce principles.
- Excellent communication skills – you can present insights clearly to clients and colleagues.
- Experience in a client-facing role, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
- Proficiency in both Dutch and English.
- Entrepreneurial mindset

- Experience working in a digital agency or an in-house CRO team.
- Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and website optimization techniques.
